Google Classroom's main aim is to help educators efficiently manage and assess progress, while enhancing connections with learners from school, from home, or on the go. This application also enhance streamline the process of sharing files between educators and students.

It is a piece of cake to use Google Classroom. It makes it very easy for you to add as many students as you want, build Google documents to handle assignments and announcements, post YouTube videos, add links, or attach files from Google Drive, in addition to being provided via the Chrome browser, which makes it available from all devices, smart phones, and tablets. Learners can find it equally easy to log in and receive assignments and send them in. Google Classroom allows students access to materials no matter where they are, since everything is posted online. If required, students who are absent can easily access classroom resources from home, which can help save you and your students a lot of stress in the long term. Paperless and no lost work.
Since the classroom is absolutely paperless, teachers and learners would not have excessive quantities of paper to shuffle. There might come a day when it would be difficult to grading papers. You have the opportunity to go paperless and avoid thinking about printing, handing out, or even losing the work of your learners by centralizing e-Learning materials in one cloud-based venue! Google Classroom can practically get rid of paper consumption when used for running an entire class. All classwork can be handled online, as long as students have access to the internet. For your district, this means no copies and consequently less revenue. Students can directly complete assignments and evaluations via Classroom, and their work is also saved to Drive. Owing to absences, students may access missing work and find other services they can need.

Help to communicate more effectively and efficiently.
Google Docs is one of the main benefits of Google Classroom; these documents are stored online and shared with an infinite number of people, so your learners can access them directly from their Google Drive when you make an announcement or assignment using a Google doc, as long as you have shared it with them. In other words, to exchange information, you no longer need emails; you just create a document and share it with as many students as you want! Communication instruments are also very effective. Since it is all cloud-based, there is no more "loss" of student assignments. Communication is smooth if a student is absent. A parent notification feature was also introduced by Google Classroom to keep parents updated of what is going on in the "classroom." You enter the students' email addresses only once, and contact in the classroom is over. The instructor has an email group, a discussion group, and an automatically generated Google Calendar just by joining the student in the classroom. And adding and removing students from the class as required is simple. Built-in tools make interacting with students and parents a breeze. Teachers and learners can send emails, post to the stream, send private assignment comments, and provide job feedback. Teachers have complete influence over feedback and posts from students. Via individual emails or via classroom email summaries that include class updates and due dates, they may also connect with parents.

How about making and distributing an assignment with only one click of a button? And in a matter of seconds, how about learners handing in the completed assignment? As in Google Classroom, the process of assignment has never been faster and more successful. As well as giving your input instantly, you can quickly check who has submitted their assignment and who is still working on it. The classroom is an incredible time saver. Teachers would have more free time to complete other assignments with all resources saved in one location and the opportunity to access classroom anywhere. Since the classroom can be reached from a mobile device, teachers and students can use their phones or tablets to participate. Google Classroom offers you the ability to offer your students your online help instantly, speaking of feedback, which ensures that feedback becomes more effective as new comments have a greater influence on learners. A valuable aspect of all learning is the provision of positive input to students. Within the classroom grading tool, teachers will submit feedback on tasks to each student. Within the grading tool, the ability to build a comment bank for future use is also available. Additionally, the mobile app Classroom allows users to annotate work.
Educators can also enter Google Classroom as learners, which means you can build and use Google Classroom for faculty meetings, knowledge sharing, or professional development for you and your colleagues.
In short, Google Classroom is a great, flexible way to ensure both students and educators gets just what they need. Most important is, it easy to use and to access.
