This time I'm going to talk about video conferencing platform. Video conferencing is a tools that enables peoples to organize conferences, interviews, meetings, lecture and many more. It also allow the participant to chat and even transmission of audio and video from one location to another is run smoothly without problem. During this pandemic situation, many people have used video conferencing platform as we need to stay at home. So, one of the video conferencing platform that we are familiar with is Google Meet. Google Meet is a video-communication service developed by Google and it is built to let dozens of people join the same virtual meeting, and speak or share video with each other from anywhere with internet access.

Benefits of using Google Meet.
Google Meet is a free apps and you just need a Google Account to start with it. Its also an easy apps to set up. Just with a few click, your meeting is ready to use. This application does not need access to specific account to attend the meeting. You just simply click the link on any devised you have, anywhere you are-and there you go! Oh, and of course you need an internet connection to access the Google Meet. In addition, the features that contained in the Google Meet is recording. You can record your meeting and share it with anyone you want. If you are the educators, you can share your recorded meeting with your students and those who missed your class. Your meeting room is secure-audio and video streams are especially encrypted. You also can share your screen with the participant with simply click the 'present' button. It also have the chatting column. if you have a question, you can use the section. The number of people that can join the the meeting is up to 100 people.
Google Meet also have a new features to improve education where, now Google Meet also can be used inside the Google Classroom. Educators will create a unique Meet link for each class for this features, which is shown on the Classroom Stream and Classwork pages. For each class, the connection serves as a dedicated meeting room, making it easy for both educators and students to participate.
So, here are the features in Google Meet.

Controls for meeting hosts. Anyone can easily pin, mute, or remove participants. For privacy reasons, you cannot unmute another person.

Integration with Google and Microsoft Office apps
Google Meet have 3 plan that can be used which is Free plan, Google Workspace Essentials ($8 USD per active user/month*) and Google Workspace Enterprise.
In the end, for those that are already using G Suite, it is a decent video conference option, and its free version is certainly a sound choice for those that need a tool that is lightweight, easy to get on board with, and delightfully simple to use. How to get started with Google Meet?
1. Go to meet.google.com and sign in using your Google Account.

2. After you are done sign in, go to meet.google.com again, click Enter a Code or Link or New Meeting. You can choose to create a meeting for later, start an instant meeting or schedule in Google Calendar.


3. You can choose which account you want to use by click the top right 'Switch Account'. Then you click Join Now.

4. To add someone to a meeting, you can click copy joining info and paste it on other application, or you can click Add people. Then you can start your meeting.



5. To start present during the meeting, click Present now in the bottom right corner. Then select your entire screen or a window or chrome tab. Then select share.
